Typically 2-4 trips a year to Spain. My first destination is Mallorca, but I am gearing up to offer Andalusia very soon, and also the North of Spain and Catalunya.
Can you accomodate dietary restrictions?
Spain has a very diverse gastronomy, with a heavy use of meat and fish, and what ingredients we serve will depend on seasonal availability and will vary in every trip.
If you have any dietary restrictions or follow a vegetarian or vegan diet and still want to attend, we strongly encourage you to contact us in advance to discuss available options. We can create an alternative menu for you for an additional charge. However if you have severe intolerance and your diet is highly restrictive, these trips might not be for you.
